PERSONAL INFORMATION DOES CHADSTONE MITSUBISHI & KIA
HOLD?
Chadstone Mitsubishi & Kia requires the collection of
personal information such as name(s), addresses, phone numbers, fax
number, e-mail addresses. The purpose for collating such personal
information is for the registering of new/used vehicles that are
sold through the Dealership, to set up credit accounts through our
Spare Parts and Service departments and to provide Financiers with
the relevant information for Finance applications.
This Privacy Policy is intended to provide a general overview of
our policies in respect of the handling of your personal
information.
Your “personal information” is any information or opinion about
you that is capable of identifying you.
DOES
CHADSTONE MITSUBISHI & KIA DISCLOSE PERSONAL INFORMATION TO
THIRD PARTIES?
Chadstone Mitsubishi & Kia may disclose your personal
information to Mitsubishi Australia Limited & Kia Motors
Australia for purposes that include supplying goods or services
that you request, providing other services (eg – Diamond Care
Roadside Assistance program), and contacting you for promotional,
safety or market research purposes.
Occasionally, Chadstone Mitsubishi & Kia contracts our
services to a third party, which carries out work that cannot be
performed by Chadstone Mitsubishi & Kia at our premises.
Such information may include a client’s registration number rand
phone number. However, personal information will be disclosed
to a third party only for the primary purpose for which it was
collected, further more, such information will only be provided to
a third party, and once the client has given proper consent.

ensure the security of information submitted to our Dealership and
to prevent your personal information from being accessed by
unauthorised third parties. If you have any concerns the way
personal information is managed by Chadstone Mitsubishi & Kia,
or believe that a breach of your privacy has occurred, please

are able to collect your personal information from Chadstone
Mitsubishi & Kia, by providing the necessary
